We are a husband and wife team that ensure a seamless project and attention to detail from start to finish.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Bill is the general contractor. Quality craftsmanship is extremely important to him. Known for his hands-on approach, he can be found “in the trenches” not only overseeing day-to-day activity, but often times right there getting the work done.

Bridget helps with project management and focuses on client relationships. Organization is key and she brings all parties together for a project's success with clear lines of communication. With a background in design, she offers interior design services if desired and has a passion for bringing a client’s dream home to life.

Previously known as Tri-Lee Homes, we re-branded to Lee & Co in 2024 as the business changed hands and transitioned to a LLC. Lee & Co Construction is a division of Lee & Co Properties LLC.
WHAT SETS US APART
As a husband and wife team, we’re able to deliver on every aspect of a project. When we go to bed at night, we are likely still "talking shop”. ​​We also take on renovation and development projects of our own,
so we understand a client’s mindset and the importance of budget + timeline.

As a contractor, we focus on a limited number of projects every year so we can give each project the attention it deserves. This business approach is intentional, as we firmly believe in quality over quantity.
